The prices are usually decent, and the coupons help a lot, especially if you use the app. I always feel like I’m saving more when I get one of the combo deals, even if I probably end up buying extra stuff because of it. My only gripe is that some promos seem to disappear really fast or they’re just not available at my store, which is kind of annoying.

I used to really enjoy Checkers, but my most recent order was a bit of a letdown. The burger didn’t have as much flavor as I was hoping for, and the fries seemed like they may have been sitting for a little while instead of being fresh. The seasoning was decent, but overall the food felt a little too greasy for my taste. It might have just been this particular location or an off day, so I wouldn’t say it was terrible. It just wasn’t the kind of meal that would make me want to hurry back.

The fries showed up hot and crispy, which I always appreciate. They were a little on the salty side, but still really good overall. I feel like they might season them heavily right after they come out of the fryer, but either way I’d still order them again.

I just stopped in for a burger and fries thinking it would be quick, but I ended up sitting in line for almost 30 minutes. After I had already paid, I started wondering if they’d forgotten about my order or if I was just stuck waiting with no update. Nobody apologized or even acknowledged the delay. The food was okay once I finally got it, but the wait was way too long. Definitely wouldn’t stop here if you’re in a hurry.

They did get back to me, but it felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. They explained things like I just wasn’t understanding the issue, but nothing was really fixed in the end.

Prices are still okay, especially if you use coupons, but the portions definitely feel smaller than they used to. I guess every place is doing that now. The food is fine when you just want something quick and cheap, but it doesn’t really feel like an amazing deal anymore

The staff were really nice and professional, which I appreciated. That said, the service was kinda slow, so it took longer than I expected. Overall, a decent experience, just wish things moved a little faster.

My first impression wasn’t great because I pulled into the drive-thru thinking it would be a quick stop, especially since there were only a few cars ahead of me. But the line barely moved, and I ended up waiting around 20 minutes. The food was fine once I got it, but it didn’t feel worth that kind of wait.

The staff came across as rude and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. I know other customers don’t want to feel like they’re bothering someone just by being there, so I wouldn’t go back.

Stopped in for lunch, the restaurant itself was clean. The tables were wiped down and the floors looked fine, so clearly someone was doing part of the job. But the bathroom looked like nobody had bothered to check on it in a while, which is just frustrating. It’s not that hard to stay on top of that, and management should know better. Overall it was a decent visit, but that kind of thing really takes away from the experience.

I went into Checkers and Rally’s already thinking it was mostly a burgers, fries, and chicken kind of place, and after a few visits, that’s basically been confirmed for me. Stopped in real quick the restroom was cleaner than I expected. The sink area looked like someone had just wiped it down, and there was toilet paper stocked, which always makes me think they’re at least trying to stay on top of things. It could’ve smelled a little fresher, like maybe they were hoping the clean look would distract from that, but overall I didn’t have any real complaints.
